1. A.Capital Improvement Plan

   Revised CIP with minor revisions requested by Council at the Jan 6 meeting, for final approval

   The changes made are as follows: 
   Updated Page 38 for Police Car Fleet to be consistent with other pages as pointed out by CM Riordan. Added pages 146 & 147 in Appendix for estimates for Amelia St. and Boston/Randolph intersections. For Parks projects, the Bryson bathroom was made the first priority, and the walking trail the second priority. 

2. B.Transaction and Use Tax Oversight Committee Policy

   Approve the policy as documented from the Jan 21, 2025 Council Meeting
