CALL SPECIAL SESSION TO ORDER

RECESS SPECIAL SESSION

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Following recess of the Council Special Session, an Executive Session is scheduled to take place to discuss:

-    Consider Information or records that are Exempt by Law from Public Inspections, under ORS 192.660(2)(f); and
-    Consult with Counsel Concerning the Legal Rights and Duties of a Public Body with Regard to Current Litigation or Litigation Likely to be Filed, under ORS 192.660(2)(h).

Representatives of the news media, staff and other persons as approved, shall be allowed to attend the Executive Session. All other members of the audience are asked to leave the Zoom meeting.
