1. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor to call the meeting to order and conduct roll call.

2. COUNCIL BUSINESS:

• a)Utility Rates and System Development Charges - Brooke Tacia, FCS Group Project Manager, will be present to discuss information on the utility rate study and restructuring for monthly rates and system development charges. The revised presentation, which will be slides from the original presentation and a new slide on comparable system development charges as requested, will be included in the packet ahead of the meeting. Staff requests direction on the rate structure, as indicated at the January 18th meeting, for crafting an ordinance for presentation at the second public hearing on February 15th. *The presentation was added on 1/25/24 at 2:10pm.

3. ADJOURNMENT - Mayor will adjourn the meeting.
