December 10, 2024 Special Joint Council and Fire District 2 Meeting 12/10/2024 06:00 PM

1. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor to call the meeting to order.

3. COUNCIL BUSINESS:

• a)Fire Operations- Update from Fire Chief Rob Farris regarding recent Fire operations.

• b)Billing Discrepancy- Interim City Administrator Shumaker will present a discrepancy between Interlocal Agreement sections 10d and 11a.iv regarding utility bills. Agreement will be sought regarding past and future responsibilities.

• c)Discuss Fire Department Interlocal Agreement- Interim City Administrator Ben Shumaker presents the attached memo on the regarding the interlocal agreement with Fire District II.

4. ISSUES FOR THE NEXT MEETING: [This provides Council Members an opportunity to focus the Mayor and Staff’s attention on issues they would like to have addressed at the next council meeting.]
