1. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor to call the meeting to order.

2. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

• a)Rock Cove Hospitality Center Shoreline Substantial Development Permit - Council will further discuss the shoreline permit application including, and not limited to, traffic impact on Rock Creek Drive, public waterfront access and wildlife study. Associated documents will be included in the packet prior to the meeting.

  MOTION: To approve the Shoreline Substantial Development Permit for Rock Cove Hospitality Center with conditions as presented/with changes as discussed.

3. ADJOURNMENT - Mayor will adjourn the meeting.
