3.Approve City Council Minutes for December 21, 2020
4.Approval of disbursements in the amount of $145,307.80 for payroll, inclusive of employee salaries, employer and employee taxes and retirement contributions, miscellaneous voluntary employee deductions, holiday pay and other adjustments.
5.Consideration to waive second reading and adopt Ordinance No. 877, an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Sonora approving the First Amendment to the Development Agreement By and Between the City of Sonora and Hazy Bulldog Farms, LLC.
6.Consideration to assign the Sonora Fire Chief as the City of Sonora representative to the Tuolumne County Fire Safety Advisory Committee.
7.Accept the 2020 Sonora General Plan Annual Report.
8.Consideration to agendize for discussion and possible action at a future date amending Chapter 17.64 “Transient Residential Use” of the Sonora Municipal Code to limit the number of short-term rentals in the City of Sonora.
9.Receive an update of the Social Equity Committee and approve the Social Equity Committee Mission and Vision Statements.
10.Receive the Community Development Department Staff Report for February 2021.
11.Receive the Fire Department Monthly Report for February 2021.
12.Receive the Sonora Police Department monthly report for February 2021.
13.Receive the Public Works Department Report for February 2021.
