THIS MEETING IS PHYSICALLY OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WILL BE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO PROVIDE PUBLIC COMMENT.
Written comments can be submitted to be included as part of the administrative record; they will not be read during the meeting.
