3.Approval of City Council Minutes for October 27, 2021, November 1, 2021, November 15, 2021, and December 6, 2021.
4.Approval of disbursements in the amount of $188,436.81 for payroll, inclusive of employee salaries, employer and employee taxes and retirement contributions, miscellaneous voluntary employee deductions, holiday pay and other adjustments, including retro-pay.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

5.Continuation of the discussion of the dissolution of the Social Equity Committee and, pending decision, consideration of the Committee’s Draft Resolution and consideration of a mayoral appointment to the Committee with Council ratification.
6.Presentation and acceptance of the Fiscal Year 21-22 Mid-Year Budget Report and approval of related budget adjustments, capital assets and accompanied budget transfer; 4/5th vote required.
7.Adopt Resolution No. 03-07-2022-A Authorizing the City Council to enter into an agreement with the CalPERS via the California Employers’ Pension Prefunding Trust (CEPPT), a Section 115 Irrevocable Trust, and delegating authority to the City Administrator and the Administrative Services Director to request disbursements.

NEW BUSINESS

8.Consideration of award to the low bidder, United Pavement Maintenance, for the Red Church Pedestrian and Circulation Improvement Project in the amount of $451,000 and authorize the Interim City Administrator to sign the construction agreement and all related project documents upon funding approval by the Tuolumne County Transportation Council in the amount of $120,000 and approve the related budget transfer; 4/5th vote required.
9.Adopt Resolution No. 03-07-2022-B Calling and giving notice for the holding of a General Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 for the election of certain officers, as required by provisions of the laws of the State of California related to general law cities; requesting the Board of Supervisors of Tuolumne County permit the County Registrar of Voters to render election services; and requesting the consolidation of said election with the statewide direct primary election held on the same date.
10.Waive reading, read by title only, and introduce for first reading Ordinance No. 882 of the City Council of the City of Sonora Amending Title 7, Integrated Waste Management, of the Sonora Municipal Code to regulate the disposal of recyclable and organic materials.
