SURA Board Commissioners are invited to the Mayor's ribbon-cutting ceremony in celebration of the completion of the downtown parking lot repaving project. No meeting is taking place, and attendance is not mandatory, but a quorum of Board members may be present at any given time in the vicinity during this event.
