*Please note the new process for general public forum and public comment during the meeting: The Mayor will call for both general public forum comments as well as comments on individual agenda items during Public Comment, to be held directly following Announcements and Reports, which will allow the public to comment earlier in the meeting on agenda items that may not be taken up until later in the evening; therefore, comment will not be solicited at the time each particular agenda item is addressed, but, instead, all public comment will be taken at one time toward the beginning of the meeting during Public Comment. Please be aware that general public comment time will not include public hearings – public testimony in that regard will still be taken at the time of the public hearing.
