Notice of the 4th Special Common Council Meeting of the 2023-2024 Common Council at 5:30 PM or immediately following the Finance and Personnel Committee meeting, MONDAY, March 25, 2024 in City Hall, 3rd Floor - Council Chambers, 828 Center Avenue, Sheboygan, WI.
