CLOSED SESSION

• 3.Motion to convene in closed session under the exemption provided in § 19.85(1)(e) Wis. Stats. for the purpose of discussing public business (to wit: potential action to protect the security of the city’s information technology infrastructure) and the potential investment of public funds related thereto, where competitive and bargaining reasons require a closed session; and under the exception provided in § 19.85(1)(g) Wis. Stats. for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the city who is rendering advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is likely to become involved.
