Notice of the 6th Regular Meeting of the 2023-2024 Common Council at 6:00 PM, MONDAY, June 19, 2023 in City Hall, 3rd Floor - Council Chambers, 828 Center Avenue, Sheboygan, WI. RESOLUTIONS

• 22.Res. No. 22-23-24 by Alderpersons Mitchell and Filicky-Peneski authorizing the appropriate City officials to enter into contract with the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation for the purpose of receiving financial assistance through the 2023 Vibrant Spaces Grant to be used in revitalizing and energizing the Uptown Parklet in partnership with neighboring businesses. SUSPEND THE RULES AND ADOPT THE RESOLUTION

• 23.Res. No. 23-23-24 by Alderpersons Dekker and Rust informing the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) that the 2022 Compliance Maintenance Annual Report (CMAR) has been reviewed. SUSPEND THE RULES AND ADOPT THE RESOLUTION

• 24.Res. No. 19-23-24 by Alderpersons Salazar and Felde authorizing the appropriate City officials to execute the Clinical Affiliation Agreement between the City of Sheboygan and Lakeshore Technical College with regard to providing students with supervised clinical experiences at City of Sheboygan Fire Department clinical education sites. REFER TO LICENSING, HEARINGS, AND PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE

• 25.Res. No. 20-23-24 by Alderpersons Dekker and Rust authorizing the appropriate City officials to enter into a contract with Bay-Lake Regional Planning Commission to update the Sheboygan Urbanized Area Sewer Service Plan and authorizing payment for such services. REFER TO PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE

• 26.Res. No. 21-23-24 by Alderpersons Mitchell and Filicky-Peneski appointing Bond Trust Services Corporation as fiscal agent in connection with certain outstanding obligations. REFER TO FINANCE AND PERSONNEL COMMITTEE

• 29.Gen. Ord. No. 8-23-24 by Alderpersons Dekker and Rust amending Sec 60-131 of the 2023 Sheboygan Municipal Code (1997 Code sec. 134-181) so as to prohibit use of the city-owned boat launches during the Mercury Midwest Challenge Event. REFER TO PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE

• 30.Gen. Ord. No. 9-23-24 by Alderpersons Salazar and Felde amending Sec 38-27 of the 2023 Sheboygan Municipal Code (1997 Code sec. 1-28) so as to delete certain fees. REFER TO LICENSING, HEARINGS, AND PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE
