CLOSED SESSION

• 3.Motion to convene in closed session under the exemption provided in Sec. 19.85(1)(c) Wis. Stats. For the purpose of considering employment of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, to-wit: conducting interviews of finalists for the position of City Administrator and providing the Director of Human Resources with parameters to begin negotiating with a specified candidate. The Council may recess from closed session to take short breaks or to attend a presentation.
