On Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. there will be a ground-breaking ceremony at 605 N Commerce Street, Sheboygan, WI (Mayline Development). A quorum (or reverse quorum) of the Sheboygan Common Council may be in attendance, thus requiring notice pursuant to State ex rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Board, 173 Wis 2d 552, 494 N.W. 2d 408 (1993). No action on city business will be taken by Commission members.
