CONSENT

• 8.Report 12-26-27 by Board of Water Commissioners informing the Common Council that it intends to apply to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources for loan and principal forgiveness funds in the amount of $1,000,000 through the Safe Drinking Water Loan program to use for replacing lead service lines (LSL) on private property for projects resulting in full LSL replacements. The project is known as DNR SDWLP project #4901-19.

• 9.Report 13-26-27 by Board of Water Commissioners informing the Common Council that it intends to apply to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources for loan and principal forgiveness funds in the amount of $1,000,000 through the Safe Drinking Water Loan program to use for replacing lead service lines (LSL) on private property for projects resulting in full LSL replacements. • 10.Report 14-26-27 by Board of Water Commissioners informing the Common Council that it intends to apply to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources for 100% principal forgiveness funds in the amount of $3,000,000 through the Safe Drinking Water Loan program to use for replacing lead service lines (LSL) on private property for projects resulting in full LSL replacements.  The project is known as DNR SDWLP project #4901-21. 

• 11.Report 15-26-27 by Board of License Examiners submitting an application for a Building Contractor License already granted (Hephner).

• 12.Report 16-26-27 by Mead Public Library Board submitting resolutions to recognize the service of Jim Hollister, Michael Close, and Meg Albrinck to Mead Public Library.

• 13.Res. No. 42-26-27 by Alderpersons Boorse and Heidemann approving alcohol beverage/tobacco licenses.

  Voted 5-0 by Licensing, Hearings, and Public Safety Committee to recommend adoption

• 14.Res. No. 41-26-27 by Alderpersons Mitchell and Perrella authorizing an amendment to the 2026 budget for the hiring of additional part-time employees at Uptown Social.

  Voted 4-0 by Finance and Personnel Committee to recommend adoption

• 15.Res. No. 40-26-27 by Alderpersons Mitchell and Perrella approving the proposed 2027 Budget Schedule and 2027 preliminary budget fiscal factors for guidance prior to departmental budget preparation.
