• 5.Consideration of moving into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. sec. 19.85(1)(a), (f), and (g) to  deliberate concerning  cases which may be the subject of a quasi-judicial hearing before the commission; to consider disciplinary data of specific persons if discussed in public would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data and conferring with legal counsel for the commission who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the commission with respect to a hearing  in which it is involved, all with respect to charges filed against officers in the police department and the holding of a preliminary meeting to review those charges to determine whether they invoke the commission’s jurisdiction under. Wis. Stat. sec. 19.85(5).
