• 17.Gen. Ord. No. 12-25-26 by Alderpersons Dekker and Rust amending sections 40-45 and 48-322 of the Sheboygan Municipal Code so as to allow the waiver of special event fees for public health benefit events.

  Voted 5-0 by Public Works Committee to recommend amending Section 48-322(g) to strike the proposed new language and replace with, "Special Event fees may be waived, all or in part, pursuant to Section 40-45(1)"
