Background: The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) proposes to reissue a statewide Alaska Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (APDES) General Permit AK R060000. This permit pertains to the Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP) for stormwater discharges associated with industrial activity.
