• 1.Approval of the Canvass Board Minutes

  Background: Meeting minutes presented for council to review and approve.

• 2.Resolution #10.2025.10 Declaring and Certifying the results of the October 7, 2025, Election.

  Background: The Clerk presents the City Council with the ballot report from the Canvass Board Meeting.

  Staff Recommended Action: "I move to approve Resolution 10.2025.10 resolving that this election was held according to the Saxman Municipal Code and the results deeming Denny Blair Jr. and Norman Natkong Sr. elected to the Saxman City Council for 3 years are calid and that the Clerk should issue a certificate of election as appropriate".

• 3.Swearing in of Newly Elected Council Members

  Background: The City Clerk will administer the "Oath of Office" to the newly elected council members and present them with their Certificate of Election.

• 4.Mayor and Vice Mayor Appointment 2025-2026 Term

  Background: Council will announce nominations and then conduct a secret vote for both Mayor and Vice Mayor for the 2025-2026 Term. The City Clerk will tabulate the votes.
