• 1.Approval of Canvass Board Minutes

  Background: Meeting minutes presented for Council approval.

• 2.Resolution # 10.2024.10 - Resolution of the Council of the City of Saxman Certifying and Declaring the Results of the Regular Election Held October 1, 2024 and Establishing an Effective Date

  Background: Resolution certifies and declares the results of the Regular Election held October 1, 2024.

• 3.Swearing in of Newly Elected Council Members

  Background: The City Administrator will administer the "Oath of Office" to the newly elected council members and present them with their Certificate of Election.

• 4.Mayor and Vice Mayor Appointment 2024-2025 Term

  Background: Council will announce nominations and then conduct a secret vote for both Mayor and Vice Mayor for the 2024-2025 Term. The City Administrator will tabulate the votes.
