  Background: Jenn Brown, Director/President of Ketchikan Agricultural Producers Association will be presenting to Council the Food Hub Project Overview & Development Plan.

• 2.Resolution # 09.2024.09 - Joint Resolution of the Assembly of the KGB, Council of the CoK, and Council of the CoS Approving the Community's FY2026 Top 3 Priority Capital Project Requests for State Funding and Policy Issues for Submission to the Governor and Legislature

  Background: Resolution identifies City of Saxman's Waterline Replacement as our top priority project being submitted for FY2026 and support for the policies in Section 2. Adopted by the Assembly of the Ketchikan Gateway Borough  on September 16th. Adopted by the Council of the City of Ketchikan on September 19th.
