  2. B.Resolution 26-10, entitled "A Resolution Authorizing Execution of Two Temporary Construction Easement Agreements for Tree Removal on Castle Street" Council reserves the  right to waive first reading and move to approve.

  3. C.Ordinance 2026-14, entitled "An Ordinance Approving and Annexation Agreement Between the City of Sandwich and MLC Entities, LLC (422 West Church Street) Council reserves the  right to waive first reading and move to approve.
