  1. A.Approval of Ordinance 2024-09: AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING APPROXIMATELY 1.42 ACRES LOCATED AT U.S. ROUTE 34, SANDWICH, ILLINOIS, PERMANENT INDEX NO. 19-36-227-006 TO THE CITY OF SANDWICH pursuant to 65 ILCS 5/7-1-9 (from Chapter 24, par. 7-1-9).

  2. B.Possible Action to Approve Ordinance 2024-08: An Ordinance Amending Chapter 54 of the Sandwich Municipal Code to ban soliciting on Sundays

13.New Business

  1. A.Authorize Mayor to Terminate Solar Power Purchase Agreement & Site Lease with Nelnet Renewable Energy of Lincoln Nebraska

  2. B.Authorize the Mayor to enter into an agreement with CamVac LLC of Sandwich, Illinois for potholing services to assist with the identification of Lead Service Lines in an amount not to exceed $40,000

  3. C.Approve the carryover of 80 hours of vacation time for Sergeant Brian Fasnacht and authorize the payout of the remaining vacation time as of his anniversary date of August 15, 2024. 

  4. D.Approval of Bills in the amount of $170,451.13
