  2. B.Ordinance 2026-18 entitled "An Ordinance Approving an Annexation Agreement Between the City of Sandwich and the LaVerne Wilkening Trust (903 West Center Street)" - Council reserves the right to waive first reading and move to approve.

  3. C.Ordinance 2026-19 entitled "An Ordinance Annexing Certain Territory to the City of Sandwich (LaVerne Wilkening Trust - 903 West Center Street)" - Council reserves the right to waive first reading and move to approve.

  6. F.Resolution 26-12 entitled "A Resolution Authorizing Execution of an Agreement with Sandwich CUSD 430 and City of Sandwich for the Purchase and Dispensing of Gasoline & Diesel Fuels" - Presented for discussion and possible approval.

  7. G.Motion to Waive Competitive Bidding and approval to authorize the mayor to enter into an agreement with Innovative Underground for manhole relining services in an amount not to exceed $100,000.

  8. H.Motion to Waive Competitive Bidding and approval to purchase an F250 Pickup Truck from Tera Automotive in the amount of $46,387.63.
