    2 - Remove and Replace Identified Sections as shown on Job Number .001262, including but not limited to Center St, Mechanic St and 1st St - Motion to Waive Competitive Bidding and Award to C. Johnson Trenching in an amount not to exceed $24,700.00.

    3 - Remove and Replace sections centered around the flagpole at Main & Railroad St near Parking Lot 1 - Motion to Waive Competitive Bidding and Award to Brady Construction, LLC in an amount not to exceed $6,000.00.

  4. D.HVAC for Annex Building -Discussion to Waive Competitive Bidding and Accept Proposal of an HVAC unit for Annex Building with American Energy for an amount not to exceed $29,561.00 through the DCEO Appropriation SR230064.
