  2. B.Resolution 26-20, entitled, "A Resolution Approving Proposals from BS&A Software for Financial, Utility Billing, Payroll, and Community Development Software in the amount of $137,640.00" - Council reserves  the right to waive first reading and move to approve.

  3. C.Motion to Approve Annual Preventative Maintenance Agreement with Xylem in the amount of $5,830.00.
