B.Asbestos Project and Air Quality Testing - Motion to Accept Bid Proposal with Kinsale Contracting Group for an amount not to exceed $15,200.00 and to Accept the Proposal from Midwest Environmental Consulting Services for an amount not to exceed $6,300.00, for a combined total of $21,500.00 through DCEO Appropriation SR230064.

  1. C.Executive Session Pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(5) for the purchase or lease of real property for the use of the public body, including meetings held for the purpose of discussing whether a particular parcel should be acquired.  - Action to be Taken on Resolution 26-16   entitled "A Resolution Authorizing a Bid for the Acquisition of Property from the DeKalb County Trustee (200 E Railroad Street).

D.Executive Session Pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(11) Litigation, when an action against, affecting or on behalf of the particular public body has been filed and is pending before a court or administrative tribunal, or when the public body finds that an action is probable or imminent, in which case the basis for the finding shall be recorded and entered into the minutes of the closed meeting.
