B.Resolution 26-13 entitled "A Resolution Authorizing a Master Services and Purchasing Agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc. for Police Department Equipment and Services" - For a term of one hundred twenty (120) months at a total estimated cost of $720,475.50 - Presented for discussion and possible approval.

  3. C.Resolution 26-14 entitled "A Resolution Approving an Asset Disposition Services Agreement with Propertyroom.com, Inc." - Presented for discussion and possible approval.

  7. G.Sandwich Sidewalk Program 2026 - Total Project Amount $37,500.00.

    1 - Remove and Replace Identified Sections as shown on Job Number .001261, including but not limited to Wells St, Arnold St, Charlotte St, Cindy Ln, and Latham St rail crossing- Motion to Waive Competitive Bidding and Award to Brady Construction, LLC in an amount not to exceed $6,800.00.

    2 - Remove and Replace Identified Sections as shown on Job Number .001262, including but not limited to Center St, Mechanic St and 1st St - Motion to Waive Competitive Bidding and Award to C. Johnson Trenching in an amount not to exceed $24,700.00.

    3 - Remove and Replace sections centered around the flagpole at Main & Railroad St near Parking Lot 1 - Motion to Waive Competitive Bidding and Award to Brady Construction, LLC in an amount not to exceed $6,000.00.

  8. H.HVAC for Annex Building - Motion to Waive Competitive Bidding and Accept Proposal of an HVAC unit for Annex Building with American Energy for an amount not to exceed $29,561.00 through the DCEO Appropriation SR230064.
