  1. A.Discussion and possible action to authorize the mayor to amend the existing agreement with HLR for additional Construction Engineering Services for the Latham Street Project increasing the value of the contract from $256,532.00 to $319,097.00. Not to exceed an additional $62,565.  

13.New Business

  1. A.Discussion and possible approval of Monthly Bills in the amount of $805,376.30

  2. B.Authorization of final payout and retention to Triggi Construction of West Chicago for work completed as part of the 2024 Sidewalk Program in the amount of $21,372.13

  3. C.Discussion and possible action to authorize the renewal of Illinois Municipal Insurance Cooperative (IMIC) policy premiums for the next year. The amount is $393,294 which is an 7.08% increase over last year.
