2.Sherman Hotel - Major Certificate of Approval Application- The applicant, Greg Kenny, is requesting approval for the following exterior alterations to the Sherman Hotel building located at 121 G Street:

1. Remove one window and fill in with brick.

2. Remove two windows and remove removing the brick wall between windows to create an opening to install sliding accordion style glass patio doors.

3. Add a second story balcony that will connect with the existing balcony and stairs.

4. Remove one window and expand the opening to accommodate double patio doors.

**An alternate can only vote on, or make a motion on an agenda item if they are designated as a voting member at the beginning of an agenda item. If there is a vacant seat or a conflict of interest, the Chairman shall designate the alternate that will vote on the matter. If a Voting member shows up late to a meeting, they cannot vote on the agenda item if the alternate has been designated.
