4.Trail Lighting

This will serve as an earmark and extension into next month while research is gathered. One of the three layers we discussed necessary for successful surveillance has met with complication. Seeking out another solution or provider.

12.Financial Reporting

Financial Reports have been attached and will be reviewed. It is an actionable item tonight.
13.TR-2 Reporting

Update the board on the yearly challenges of the TR-2 Report to the NCDOR.

NEW BUSINESS

14.Jerry Davis

David wants to discuss hiring Jerry Davis for trash pickup and odd jobs along the trail.
