1.Year end financial reports still being finalized, however we need to amend year end budget numbers to actual.

NEW BUSINESS

2.There are two issues to discuss here: Safe Routes to Schools and Trails $750.00, enlisting Mr. Bandini to mitigate the NCDOT condemnation litigation. $ amount unsure, probably upwards of the $1,00.00 minimum, not including the Safe Routes to Schools expenditure.
