OLD BUSINESS

1.Signage-This item has been tabled until roads and right of ways have been addressed.
2.Right of Way and Street Assessment-Amy has attached a quote for right of ways, still awaiting street assessment and quotes from two possibly three paving/construction companies. Also will be reaching out to Lawyer for pinning down right of way demarcation clarification.
3.Food Truck Palooza-Updates from Jenny and David will be provided.
4.Trail Kudzu-Pesticides and herbicides had to be ordered. They arrived yesterday and the area is being treated today.

COMMITTEE REPORTS

5.Financial Reporting-Reports will be reviewed.
