OLD BUSINESS
I've mentioned the need for a peer to peer small computer and a replacement office computer. I will have exact quotes soon, however this should be well within $5,000. Want it on your radar again for next month's meeting. It's been over 5 years.
Radarsign needs to be relocated to Town Hall and Amie will look into selling it. She will have Brad relocate it as long as these remain the boards wishes.
Amie has new contacts and attached a new quote for the service. See attached.
Needs attention and revisiting. New quote will be necessary; attached old ones for reference.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Budget vs Actual attached, only one amendment is required (ordinance attached); it is for inflation costs of insurance for new year.
NEW BUSINESS
Nick has witnessed several people driving around the barricade @ church street, going around trail, up hill, into Ruthridge. He is concerned someone is going to be hurt. Wants the board to be aware and discuss options.
Amie received calls from Meghan Seals and Denver Buchanan inquiring as to why the free Wi-Fi was no longer available. Amie has researched this and will share her findings.
Discuss the use of surveyors for diagram purposes. Amie will inform the board of an idea.
