1.NCDOT Condemnation Takings

Board was to have reviewed the documents prior to this meeting to discuss approval or rejection.
2.Street Renaming

Amie will review her findings to date regarding the petition to rename streets.
3.Waste Fee research

Amie will review her findings to date on this subject.

Amie will review financial documents with the board including budget vs actual.

NEW BUSINESS

5.Broad River Water Authority by law changes

Broad River Water Authority (BRWA) has recommended amendments to their bylaws. Those amendments are attached for your review and resolution. Please be prepared to discuss.
6.Remote Meeting suggestions

There is a current groundswell of municipalities working to broaden the terms of remote meetings. I have attached sample documents being used by many of these local governments to show support of remote access. Please review and be prepared to discuss.
