OLD BUSINESS

1.Hazard Mitigation Planning-FEMA Placeholder
2.Town Sign-Placeholder while awaiting revision for more vertical than horizontal.
3.Trail Lighting-Placeholder while Amie researches solutions.
4.Concrete pad for exercise equipment-Placeholder until quote from contractor is fulfilled
5.No Cost Solutions-Amie will review the findings and request
6.Grant Recipients-Placeholder until David shares list of awarded grant recipients to Amie.
7.Mike Cranford/Meta-Amie will share her conversation with LJA Engineering for Meta with the board.
8.Christmas decor-Amie wants to check in with the board if they have reviewed or have any questions
9.DOT update-Amie will share what she knows to date on project.

COMMITTEE REPORTS

10.Financial Reporting-Financial Reports were delivered in advance; Budget vs Actual with recommendations attached for review and awareness.
11.TR-2 Reporting-Amie will update on TR-2 report collection and submittal
12.Tax Operations and reports-Amie will share her investigations with the board regarding the LGC tag and her incorporation of the remedy and findings.

13.Board Compensation-William would like to discuss Board compensation
