APPROVAL OF LAST MEETING’S MINUTES

OLD BUSINESS

1.BRWA has revised the proposed bylaw changes and are presenting them for review and approval.
2.Rosie reached out to Amie to see if she would follow up with the ABC board regarding the return. Amie requested Rosie send her all transmissions communicated. After reading Amie feels it is clear, however, she did call the ABC board, left message and is awaiting a call back. The repsonse from said board is attached.

COMMITTEE REPORTS

3.The audit report is attached for your review in preparation for our January meeting with the auditor for discussion and notations.
4.Financial documents were emailed in advance for review and preparation. Budget vs Actual has been attached for review and discussion.
