COMMITTEE REPORTS

1.Amie will share feedback from the TBRT partners meeting.
2.Amie will review monthly financial highlights with the board. She's entered preparation stages of budget formulation for the upcoming year. She asks the board to be thinking about requests submittals.

NEW BUSINESS

3.Rough draft of new bylaws for the RRDC are attached. These are of course subject to change, however reviewing what is initially proposed should be helpful. So please review and submit any questions you might have to me. Thank you!
4.Amie will review potential federal funding projects with the board.
