• 9.Approval of a Class “T” (Temporary-1 day) liquor license for Rybo Ventues Inc. Inc d/b/a Poison Ivy Pub for off-premise sales of alcohol in conjunction with Hometown Holiday on November 21, 2026, from 3pm to 7pm at 10531 Main Street. 

• 10.Approval of issuance of a Class “G” (Package Store Beer & Wine) liquor license to Oglesby IL LLC dba/Roscoe Shell. Contingent upon 2 Background checks.
