CALL ROLLINGWOOD COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION MEETING TO ORDER

• 1.Roll Call

PUBLIC COMMENTS

Citizens wishing to address the RCDC for items not on the agenda will be received at this time. Please limit comments to 3 minutes.  In accordance with the Open Meetings Act, RCDC is restricted from discussing or taking action on items not listed on the agenda. 

CONSENT AGENDA

All Consent Agenda items listed are considered to be routine by the RCDC and may be enacted by one (1) motion. There will be no separate discussion of Consent Agenda items unless a Board Member has requested that the item be discussed, in which case the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered in its normal sequence on the Regular Agenda.

• 2.Discussion and possible action on the minutes from the March 10, 2025 RCDC meeting

• 3.Discussion and possible action on a resolution amending RCDC's Authorized Representatives for Texpool to include the City of Rollingwood's Finance Director

REGULAR AGENDA

• 4.Discussion, update, and possible action on the RCDC Commercial Concepts working group

• 5.Discussion and possible action on an alternative plan to the currently proposed retaining wall on the east side of the park near the field house

• 6.Discussion and possible action on a proposed beautification project at the corner of Rollingwood Drive and Wallis Drive

• 7.Discussion and update on initiatives and projects identified for RCDC funding during the March 10, 2025 meeting that are eligible projects pursuant to Chapters 501 and 505 of the Texas Local Government Code

• 8.RCDC Financials through February 2025
