  4. D.Stewart says a concern has been brought up to him that occasionally there are vehicles that are overlength in the spots and the vehicles jet out into 705. This makes it very tight for trucks traveling down 705 to get through. What can the Town Manager and Chief come up with to regulate overlength vehicles. For example his 4 door Silverado Stewart took and it fit but he would feel more comfortable parking over at the Fidelity Bank lot. However there are trucks that are longer than his with trailer hitches and a solution that is not a solution, people will run up on the curb to fit in the spots and their front bumper hang over the sidewalk. Thats not a solution. There is enough room at the Fidelity Bank. TC states Middleton St is a DOT road in Town and states the Commissoners could prohibit vehicles of a certain length. Stewart states he has even seen a rollback truck parked in the spots and it is way out in the road. Manager remarks we can have a solution by next month.
