The Town Manager Interview Committee may vote to go into Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. ch. 30A, section 21(a)(8) to consider or interview applicants for employment or appointment by a preliminary screening committee for the position of Town Manager, if the chair declares that an open meeting will have a detrimental effect on obtaining qualified applicants. The Committee may vote to move an unranked slate of candidates to the next phase of the process, and if reference checks are sufficient, they will become candidates to be interviewed by the Town Council. The Committee will return to open session. 

D.Discussion by the Committee and/or Report on Actions Taken in Executive Session or Under the Committee's Charge. Possible Vote to Confirm Actions Taken in Executive Session and to Confirm Instructions to Collins Center.
