Both the public and Council will follow rules of decorum. Derogatory Comments or matters under litigation will not be allowed and any person or persons addressing the Council are liable for their own statements, not the Council. Council may be attending the Soft opening of the new Valencia County Business Incubator June 11, 10:00 am – 3:00 pm at 360 Rio Communities Blvd in Rio Communities NM, the Economic Development Priorities Meeting held virtual in Rio Communities NM on June 15 starting 6:00 pm and the Public Taskforce meeting held virtual in Rio Communities NM on June 21 starting 6:00 pm, a possible quorum may be in attendance.
