1. A.Consideration and possible action to authorize the upfitting of an existing unmarked City vehicle for departmental use in lieu of purchasing an additional vehicle previously approved by the Board.

2. B.Presentation and discussion regarding the current Fiscal Year 2026 budget status.

3. C.Discussion regarding the upcoming Fiscal Year 2027 budget, including departmental requests, priorities, and staff recommendations.
