BE IT KNOWN THAT a City of Richwood Crime Control and Prevention District Board will meet Thursday, June 12m, 2025, beginning at 6:00 PM at Richwood City Hall, located at 1800 Brazosport Blvd. N., Richwood, Texas 77531 with the following agenda:

V.DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS

1. A.Discuss, consider and possible action on an amendment to the FY 24/25 budget in an amount not to exceed $70,000 to cover expenditures approved in previous budget year. 

2. B.Discuss, consider and take action on a quote submitted by Peacemaker Technologies for police vehicle mobile data terminals as a package deal with recently purchased handheld ticket writer platform, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00

3. C.Discuss, consider and take action on authorization to purchase Power DMS in an amount not to exceed $13,000.00 annually for three years consecutive.

4. D.Public hearing to discuss, consider and take action on FY 25 / 26 Crime Control and Prevention District annual budget.
