CALL TO ORDER Roll Call for the meeting, determine whether a quorum is present; determine whether the meeting has been properly noticed.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA

• 1.Entertain a motion to approve the agenda. 

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

• 2.Entertain a motion to waive the reading of the minutes of the July 8th, 2025 meeting in lieu of printed copies and to approve said minutes, or correct and approve said minutes. 

PUBLIC COMMENT No action will be taken on any matter originating under this item.

DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS

• 3.Discussion and possible approval of the Director Review Form. Upon approval, send Director Pilla the same form for self-evaluation. 

SET NEXT MEETING DATE Regular monthly meeting of the Library Board, Monday, July 21st at 5:00pm. A date for a later special meeting to discuss the Director evaluation with Director Pilla will also be determined.
