NOTICE OF JOINT MEETING

The Utility Commission will convene at 4PM on Wednesday, February 8th for their regularly scheduled meeting. The Public Works Committee will then convene jointly with the Utility Commission at approximately 5:30PM.

AGENDA

CALL TO ORDER: Roll call; determine whether a quorum is present; determine if the meeting was properly noticed.

DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION:

• 1.Review bids and consider award of construction contract for the Phase 2 Cedar Street Utility and Roadway Improvements project and project alternate.

• 2.Consider recommendation to City Council for approval of Street Department related costs included in the low bid received for the Phase 2 Cedar Street Utility and Roadway Improvements project and project alternate.
