Notice is hereby given that a majority of the members of the Common Council may attend an open discussion hosted by Mayor Coppernoll regarding the Richland Center Municipal Airport Flight Pattern. This would constitute a meeting of the Common Council and pursuant to State Statutes must be noticed as such. Although the Common Council will be engaged in open dialogue and discussion for the purposes of fact finding, no formal action will be taken during the course of this meeting.
