ACTION ITEMS - Council will consider/discuss the following items and take any action deemed necessary

• 2.Approve minutes from the regular meeting held January 19, 2026.

• 3.Receive Monthly Inspections Report from Public Works Department.

• 4.Receive update on park assignments from park board members.

• 5.Receive financial status report on the Parks and Recreation Department.

• 6.Receive monthly report on Lighthouse Beach RV Park and Campground.

• 7.Consider providing free admission to Lighthouse Beach Park to disabled veterans.

• 8.Discuss preliminary public draft of the Recreation and Parks Trails Master Plan prepared by LJA Architects.

• 9.Receive update on ongoing 2025-2026 Capital Improvement Projects (CIP).

  Three (3) new cabanas at Lighthouse Beach Splashpad
